1. The application process.
All applications must be submitted via email. Our administrator will assess your application for suitability and may pass your details on to the manager, who will contact you to organise a casual meeting.
2. Meeting with a manager.
Meeting with a manager is a great opportunity for you to express your expectations, discuss any concerns, and finalise your marketing and rate structure. The meeting is absolutely obligation-free and there is no pressure to proceed if you do not feel comfortable. We encourage you to listen to your intuition and make a decision based on what feels right for you.
3. Getting started.
If you're happy to go ahead, we will organise a professional photoshoot with our recommended female photographer. You have complete control over which photos you feel comfortable using, and we can offer guidance if you are having difficulty deciding.
At this stage, your advertising profiles will be created on all the major high-end platforms. Once the photographer is finished editing your photos, we can add them to your profile and publish them online!
4. Accepting bookings.
In our experience, once a profile goes live, the phone starts ringing almost instantly! This means you'll be able to accept bookings straight away.
It is recommended that you arrive at the incall location 30 minutes earlier than your first booking, so you can familiarise yourself with the space and receive some training on how to greet clients and structure a booking.
5. Scheduling your working hours.
Scheduling your working hours is really easy. You simply text your preferred schedule to a manager, one week advance. Typically, we recommend working in 4 or 5 hour blocks, but you are welcome to work more or less if it suits you. If your schedule changes at any time, this is absolutely fine and we can find ways to work around it. Our staff monitor the phones regularly throughout the day and can schedule pre-bookings for times that suit you.
Your clients will pay you directly, in cash. The fees are then deducted from this payment at the end of the day.
7. The review process.
At The Companion Collective, we are invested in your career progression. We want to help you build a sustainable business and make as much money as possible! We will regularly monitor your progress and proactively look for opportunities to increase your rate, as you build your reputation and regular client base.
